baked peanut butter & banana s’mores cones

Are you and your cuties craving the flavors of s’mores cooked over a campfire? These easy little s’mores cones will satisfy your craving! Feel free to omit the bananas and peanut butter if that doesn’t sound good to you. This is a fun, versatile recipe that you can tailor as you see fit… Try marshmallows, and holiday M&Ms with a little crushed candy cane for a fun Christmas treat, or maybe some crunched up Oreo cookies along with the chocolate chips? The possibilities are endless! Have fun!

Gather your ingredients:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F

To make 4 S’mores Cones, you’ll need (measurements are approximate):

4 large waffle cones

8 Tablespoons of creamy or crunchy peanut butter

8 Tablespoons of chocolate chips

1 large banana, chopped

8 Tablespoons mini marshmallows

4 little squares of aluminum foil

Peel and chop up your banana…

Spread approximately 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter inside each cone…

Add some chocolate chips (approximately 1 Tablespoon) …

Add some of the chopped banana…

Add some marshmallows (about 2 Tablepsoons)…

add some more chocolate chips for good measure…

Put a square of foil over the end of each cone, gently securing so none of the contents melt out of the cones while they bake… Careful not to crush the cones…

Place foil-covered cones on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F, for approximately 10 minutes (or just until chips and marshmallows are melted and gooey.)
